Foundational Leadership and Organizational Wellness (FLOW) Model
This center’s research, scholarship, and practice is guided by the Foundational Leadership and Organizational Wellness (FLOW) model. This model is grounded in the philosophical belief that individual leaders can create organizational change and success with generative outcomes. This model is used to guide the center’s innovative practice on campus and nationally through the research agenda.

Organizational Success Framework
At the core of the FLOW model is the Organizational Success Framework. This framework focuses on six core elements to contextualize organizational success: vision and strategy, traditions and values, operational management, leadership and accountability, membership engagement and development, and campus partnership and community relations.
