The purpose of the CSA/AVP Summit is to provide a professional opportunity for the SUS Student Affairs leaders to share ideas, common practices, and trends in higher education that are applicable to enhancing student success. The Organizational Change Framework provides organizations with a roadmap to create organizational change through the development of leadership identity, capacity, and efficacy development. This summit will challenge institutional teams to deeply explore their institutional context/challenges and create cross-departmental solutions they can implement at home.
